I’ve gotten a mail

The formal letter will be sent from the Dean, so could you
please let me know your address for the letter. I guess they
may use DHL or Fedex.

Spring term at *** starts at the beginning of January,
I think it is 4th of Jan.  But you may start your work here
on 15 Jan. Is this OK?
